Software for theoperations-heavy world.
Industrial-engineering depth. AI-augmented delivery. We build the tools the asset-heavy industries actually need — bill intelligence, OT/IT bridges, ops dashboards, vertical SaaS — and we ship them in weeks, not quarters.
What we do
Three practices, one studio.
We pick problems where domain knowledge compounds: utilities, facilities, manufacturing, district cooling, energy. Then we ship.
Vertical SaaS
Bill intelligence, ops dashboards, FM tooling. End-to-end products — mobile, web, backend, AI pipelines — built for one vertical at a time and tuned to its actual workflows.
OT / IT Integration
SCADA, PLC, and industrial-control data brought into clean modern interfaces. We've sat in the control rooms; we know why the spreadsheet wins until the software respects how operators actually work.
AI-Augmented Engineering
We use Claude and Gemini as load-bearing parts of the build — for OCR, structured extraction, and code velocity. Fewer engineers, faster ship cycles, and software that adapts to messy real-world inputs.
What we've shipped
Two products, one thesis.
Both live, both customer-facing. Same playbook: pick a domain we understand, build the tool the operators always wanted, integrate the AI where it earns its keep.
MeterSnap
meter-snap.com
District-cooling bill intelligence + meter verification.
A two-vertical platform for UAE facilities-management teams. Drop a district-cooling bill PDF — AI extracts 40+ fields and runs 20 audit checks in seconds. Operators photograph BTU meters on monthly rounds; Gemini OCR ground-truths every bill. Bills tell one side of the story. Meter readings tell the other.
- ·40+ fields per bill, 20 automated audit checks
- ·16 portfolio analytics charts (CFO + FM views)
- ·Tariff reconciliation tuned to the UAE's dominant district-cooling provider
- ·Offline-first mobile capture, GPS audit trail
Seatroom
seatroom.live
SaaS for study-space facility management.
Multi-tenant facility software for study spaces and reading rooms — seat layout, member onboarding, billing cycles, payments, WhatsApp messaging, real-time owner alerts. Built around the workflows of the people who actually run the floor.
- ·8×10 seat layout with assignment + colour coding
- ·Membership lifecycle + billing cycles + payments
- ·WhatsApp Business API for member messaging
- ·PhonePe integration, real-time ntfy alerts
How we build
A small studio, a long view.
We're not chasing logos. We're building software designed to compound — the kind that becomes load-bearing infrastructure for a customer's operations a year after deployment.
→Domain-first.
We work where we have lived knowledge. Years inside industrial-automation environments, control rooms, and operational pipelines — not just stack overflow tutorials. Domain shows up in every interface decision.
→Ship-then-iterate.
Running software over slide decks. We'd rather have a working v0.3 in front of an operator on day 14 than a perfect v1.0 on day 90. Real users tell you which features matter; specs don't.
→AI as leverage.
Claude and Gemini are part of our build process and part of our products. Used correctly, they replace whole job functions — OCR engineers, prompt-template generators, junior data wrangling. Used poorly, they're noise. We know the difference.
→Long-term thinking.
Software designed to be load-bearing for the customer five years from now. No flip mentality. Boring, durable, well-documented. The opposite of agency throughput.
Why Synopse
What sets the studio apart.
Built by domain insiders.
The people who design our products have spent years in the industries those products serve. We don't have to be told what an RTH or a BLKM line on a district-cooling bill means.
Real OT-side experience.
Most software studios stop at the web UI. We've built and integrated with SCADA, PLCs, and industrial control systems. We understand both halves of the IT/OT stack — and the rare bridge between them.
Studio velocity, not agency bloat.
AI-augmented delivery means a small team ships at the pace of a much larger one — without the agency overhead, the partner-program rebates, or the slide-deck tax. You pay for software, not status meetings.
Work with us
Tell us about the problem.
We take on a small number of engagements at a time — vertical SaaS builds, OT/IT integrations, and short discovery sprints for industrial software ideas. If you've got a problem where domain matters more than scale, we'd like to hear it.
